Returns and Exchange Policy

OVERVIEW

At #143 Urban Streetwear, we are committed to delivering premium urban apparel with confidence and transparency. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Right of Withdrawal (EU & Spain – Legal Compliance)

In accordance with Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers purchasing online have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date the order is received, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us in writing (email) within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Failure to notify us within the 14-day period voids the right of withdrawal.


2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • Free from stains, odors (including perfume or deodorant), pet hair, or damage
  • In original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Folded and packaged securely to prevent damage during transit

We reserve the right to reject returns that:

  • Show signs of wear
  • Have been washed or altered
  • Are returned incomplete
  • Arrive damaged due to improper packaging

If a return is rejected, the item may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.


3. Shipping & Dispatch Schedule

Please note:

We dispatch orders twice per week: Tuesday and Thursday.

This affects exchange timelines. Replacement items will be shipped during the next scheduled dispatch after the exchange has been approved and processed.


4. Return Procedure

Step 1: Email our support team within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Items to be returned
  • Reason (optional but helpful)

Step 2: Wait for return authorization and instructions.

Step 3: Ship the item back using a tracked shipping service.

Important:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We are not responsible for lost returns without tracking.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size changes
  • Alternative items (subject to stock availability)

If your requested item is unavailable, you may choose:

  • Store credit
  • Refund
  • Alternative product of equal value

Exchanges are processed once the returned item passes inspection.


6. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take additional days to appear.


7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A defective item
  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved:

  • We will cover return shipping costs
  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund

Failure to notify us within 48 hours may limit eligibility.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Worn garments
  • Washed items
  • Altered products
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Gift cards

For hygiene reasons, certain accessories (if applicable) may also be excluded.


9. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Items are returned damaged
  • Tags are missing
  • Items show signs of use

The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.


10. International Returns

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs fees (if applicable)

We are not responsible for customs delays or charges.


11. Store Credit Option

Customers may choose store credit instead of a refund.

Store credit:

  • Is issued via email
  • Has 3 months expiration date from activation date.
  • Can be used on any future purchase
